đź“Ś GSRL Program Status
- The GSRL application has been removed from the AER Portal.
- A Continuing Resolution (CR) has been approved to fund the U.S. Government through January 30, 2026.

AER will evaluate whether to reinstate the GSRL in mid-January 2026, based on federal funding developments.

In-progress applications (e.g., pending submission, pending chain of command review, or in-progress) will continue to be processed.
- AER will make every effort to retain most applications that are in “Ready to Disburse” status.
🍽️ Food Assistance Category Update
- The Food SNAP and WIC expense categories have been deactivated.
- Soldiers needing assistance should now apply under the general Food category.
